Bike Ride
Please meet my training partners (in crime). The picture was take right at the water front where the Humber River exits into Lake Ontario. We just passed the bridge that carries a cycling path over the river. You can see the downtown Toronto in the background.

Humber River
The humber river on the west is one of two major rivers on either side of Toronto, (the Don on the east). Today the majority of the Toronto portion of the Humber is parkland, with paved trails running from the lakeshore all the way to the northern border of the city some 30 km away.
Trails following the various branches of the river form some 50 km of bicycling trails, much of which are excellent. We cycled about 27.5 km that day and stopped for some ice cream. The two men actually stand in the river fishing.
