Centre d'histoire de Montreal The Centre d'histoire de Montréal is housed in a fire station dating from 1903, built in a Flemish style.

Bonsecours Market
In Neo-classical style built in 1847, this imposing building was the city's main agricultural marketplace for over a century.

Old Harbour
Everyone who knows me knows that I love to walk on plank roadways. I don't know why - it's my thing i guess. My ideal house will be reached via planks.

Place d'Armes
The statue in Montreal's place d'Armes specifically commemorates Paul Chomedey de Maisonneuve's defense of the young French settlement against the Iroquois, against whom Maisonneuve's allies (the Hurons) were fighting to regain land the Iroquois had conquered. But then again who settled in the heart of Iroquois territory?
