CIBC Run for the Cure
This weekends Run for the Cure raised $4.5 million in Toronto only. 30,000 runners and walkers participated in this years 5k run.

When the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC started 'Run for the Cure' event in 1992, they had about 800 participants.

This year more than 170,000 people particpated in the the one-day run and the event raised more than $23.4 million.
